I've had galaxy buds3 for about 4 months to begin with the audio was clear but recently the audio is muddy/tinny. I sent them off for a repair and when I got them back they said they can't see the same issue, I've messed about with the equalizer and audio settings it still sound the same the buds are fully charged aswell. I don't know if I'm missing something that I forgot to turn off or on in the settings or even in Spotify. Or is this fault on samsung's end with an update date? Thanks for your help
