Back up didn't work

I've had the Gear S3 frontier for nearly a year now and I've bought quite a few watch faces  I've just got my a new phone  I backed up everything but now when I set up my S3 with my new phone nothing is there, it's like it never backed up anything and I'm now left with the basic watch faces that come with the watch  how can I get them back.

Assuming that you've got the same Samsung Account on your new phone, any watch faces you've bought through Galaxy Apps should be in Galaxy Apps > 3 dots (top right) > My Apps > All.
