Awful battery life

I had a new Samsung watch a month or so ago. It's being charged more than it's on my wrist and it's really annoying.  

I can't  use the sleep function because the battery dies in the night. I have searched YouTube for assistance tutorials and turned off functions within the watch to help boost its battery life but it hasn't helped. Please help!
