Hi, I want to buy a Galaxy Watch active 4, and trade in my Watch Active 2, but when selecting the trade in it keeps asking to insert imei. My watch active 2 only has serial number and no imei (it's not the LTE/4G version), i tried settings and about watch and other options but I couldn't find imei.
I've tried to ask this in the live chat but the agents are useless, they keep saying imei is in the about watch section when it clearly it's not.
What did you insert in the IMEI box to bypass this?

Thanks, I've already seen and tried that. Unfortunately, that is valid only for the LTE versions and not Bluetooth versions. From what I read online Bluetooth versions don't have IMEI
