A few weeks ago it just completely stopped tracking my sleep. Done a factory reset still not recording sleep. I work offshore on a vessel. When I come into port and have a phone signal it appears to track my sleep. As soon as I'm back offshore with no signal it stops again. Very strange
I eventually have online chat and then a call back. samsung asked me to send watch to report facility they arranged everything including the box to return it in. Repair and returned all within 4 days including weekend. they replaced mothef board and sensors. works OK at the moment. Good work samsung
