Galaxy buds plus

Ever since the beginning when I choose to use ambient sound (from low to high) I get an annoying hiss, which is unacceptable considering the high cost, and disappears when I turn the setting off.

I've updated and reset to no avail.

Please advise.

Hi,
Could you please try the galaxy buds on a different device and see if the same sound comes if not, the problem is the buds and if u have warranty on the buds u can change it.

Thanks for the reply. I have 2 pairs of buds and the same problem happens with both my S20. The hissing sound is less when I choose the "little ear vs large one", but it's still there. I don't understand why this is an issue and I've noticed that other users have reported the same problem.

They are expensive and I'm considering the latest Samsung ear buds as a replacement, but the original expense is high
