Adding missing steps?

Hi. My phone was switched off whilst I did an hour's walk, and those steps were not recorded on the app, but show on my watch. Is there a way I can get those steps on my watch to show on the app on my phone please?

Make sure your watch is syncing with Samsung Health

I am assuming you have a Galaxy watch

While on the Home screen of Samsung Health app on your phone, pull the screen down to sync it.
