Out of nowhere the charger for the Active2 watch stopped working. I have kept it plugged in to the same outlet with the same wall charger for the past 2 months that I've had the watch. It suddenly wont connect to charge at all. The magnet holds & I've tried placing my BF's watch on it but it wont give a charge. What gives?
@Vanessah: Sorry to hear that you're having issues charging your Active 2. Have you tried another power outlet, just to make sure that the problem isn't stemming form there? Can you also try wiping the gold contacts on both the watch and charging cradle to ensure the connection isn't obstructed in any way. If the problem persists then I recommend taking the watch to one of our Support Centres, where an engineer can inspect it under warranty.
