I am on my 2nd Active2 watch. The 1st one did an update and then it quit tracking my sleep and the steps were way out of wack. I took it back to Verizon. the rep did a hard reset on it, when he did this, it would not connect back to the Verizon network 😞 so he ordered me a replacement. Now the replacement has quick tracking my sleep. So far the steps seem ok. Samsung what is up with this??????? Why are you not commenting on any of these posts with very similar situations? Are you not going to stand behind your products?
