Active Watch 2, not Feb update with health monitor (UK)

So my wife and I have Active Watch 2 watches. I have the 44mm she's has the 40mm. Mine has had an update to allow ECG And Blood pressure readings. Hers hasn't.

Any ideas why not?

my wife also has the 40 mm and no updates as yet. spoke to samsung who blamed my phone provider?

Strange. I got mine and our phones straight from Samsung, not a phone provider.

samsung told me today that the updates are rolled out for each batch of watches so availability will vary from watch to watch.
but yesterday they told me it was down to phone service provider.
see what they tell me tomorrow.
