Got all the new samsung health monitor app on fone and watch, the blood pressure works, but the ecg keeps asking me 2 moisturise my arm, ive done this like a fool, but I can't get it to work for love or money. What am I doing wrong, or is not working properly as of yet, all of us Samsung users know things never go right on the first update, Any ideas???

ok I've figured out that it was because my watch wasn't snug enough, so I've had to push it back up my wrist as I'm on the smallest setting.
New problem. it only reads my finger for 5 seconds then starts again

are you waiting until you've been wearing the watch 10 minutes?
I've found it really works better from being on a while. maybe it needs that moisture barrier to connect the sensor effectively?
also
Also, I found if I put my index finger on the button and simultaneously press my thumb on the watch face, it holds the sensors still enough to complete a reading.

update your watch, then select the app on your watch, and it will ask your phone to download the app

Mine does the same thing, it stops after 5 seconds!

I have problem as well ecg 28 to 29 sec stop start again over.
