Got all the new samsung health monitor app on fone and watch, the blood pressure works, but the ecg keeps asking me 2 moisturise my arm, ive done this like a fool, but I can't get it to work for love or money. What am I doing wrong, or is not working properly as of yet, all of us Samsung users know things never go right on the first update, Any ideas???

I had that issue and went into wearables on the phone and into widgets, then on there I could see and add the ecg and BP widgets to my watch.
Once installed I scrolled to them on my watch and selected, I think it was learn more, and then there was a, link to dl the app via my phone

It was strange. it usually gives me a prompt saying there's an update. This time it didn't. All done now.

yeah my ecg was stuck on 25 sec at first. I think you just have to get the right position.
