Hey @Carl9126 , make sure that the Galaxy Wearable app and the phone's software are all up to date. Next, on your phone, go to: Settings > Apps > 3 dots (top-right) > Show System Apps > Bluetooth Share / Bluetooth Test > Storage > Clear data. Finally, do a Soft Reset of the phone by holding the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds, restart the watch and pair the devices again.
