Active 2 vibration stopped

Hi. Recently my Active 2 watch has stopped vibrating. It doesn't vibrate at all. Even when I toggle between sound, mute and vibrate it doesn't vibrate. It's as tho the motor has stopped. Any help would be much appreciated.  Regards

Thanks for your swift reply........but I've looked at that link and its not appropriate. My watch is set to vibrate etc but it doesn't. Thanks again
