Active 2 Golf is not charging

My Active 2 Golf  watch is not charging. I bought it a few months ago and barely used it. I tried to reboot and new charger but nothing seem to be working. Any thoughts?

is it possible the battery has simply lost charge below 1%? if so it'll just need a new battery

I've had a similar problem on my Watch active 2 I owned, and I tend to recharge at the same time you do. My first Active2 was bt only model. It would 6/7 days charge like 10% and then stop for 40-50mins and then recharge again to 90 something% and do it again to 100%, so it would take me 3-4H to charge on a wireless charger duo or wireless power bank. I regretted the aluminum model, so I bought a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K1RCTND?th=1, and now it charges correctly 3/7 days; otherwise, it would charge, make the charger led blink red.
