I've looked through the boards and it seems that the consensus is that ECG shocked work on my Active2 watch, so far though I have not got it working. I have carried out all the self tests, checked software updates, deleted and reinstalled relevant apps, moisturised, cleaned the watch etc. But nothing works.
Has anyone else had similar issues that have been solved. How did you do it, please share.
