Hello,
i got my galaxy active 2 and i noticed that i can recieve notifications for all my messenger apps (whatsapp, viber, facebook, etc) but i cant only reply to viber and whatsapp. When i touch the notifications for messenger ( even right away after a recieve it) my only option is to view it on phone, which is not convinient at all.
Any ideas why this is happening?
( I have enabled the notifications from the app, also i did a factory reset to the watch as a last solution but it still doesnt work)
Also my phone is the samsung galaxy A70
