Hi,
I bought this watch on the 14/3/20 and have not been able to get the bluetooth connecting permantely. I did manage to bring back to the shop the day before lock down and the technician just said to keep my app open!! I left thinking all sorted, but by the time I got home ....bluetooth was disconnecting. I have no where to go now as shops closed and I am left with a very "un-smart" wath!!!
I have done all the un-installs and fixs I could find, but I do feel this is a small setting I am missing! Every time I open my phone it disconnects. Or if I start spotify on my run.
I really hoep someone can help me, I was posting in the wrong community for a few weeks and getting no where! I am going crazy with this issue and lack of solutions.
