Active 2 battery drain and overheating.

I have had my active 2 watch for 2 weeks now. When it has just bluetooth, wifi and location on, the battery will last nearly two days, however my phone can not cope with bluetooth on that long and will pack up less than a day. Now I purchased the 4G version of the watch so I wouldn't have this ussue. HOWEVER, with wifi on or off, bluetooth off and location on and 4G on the battery wont last 9 hours and it constantly overheats up to 5 to 7 times a day. 

Is this normal?

Overheating is not normal at all. Did you check the software does it need to update?
I'm using active watch 2 for nearly 2 year never experience Overheating.

Latest update ect. Its only when in mobile network mode that battery drain and overheating occurs. With mobile network turned off it is perfect
