So I've just got the Samsung Active Watch but I can't see a way to make it lock whilst wearing it.

From what I've read on here am I correct in thinking it's not possible to lock whilst wearing it?

I'm terrible for accidentally catching it so this is a bit of a deal breaker as to whether I keep it.

Thanks

Do you mean water lock mode? This is settings>advanced

If the settings are the same as active 2, you can turn off lift to wake, and tap screen to wake. Leaving the button only to turn on screen. It will stop accidental touches plus lift to wake turned off will stop the screen waking everytime you lift your wrist. You will find most of these settings in advanced in the galaxy wearable app.

Try to deactivate first 3 and if still needed, water lock may be really helpful.

Thanks

On my husband's old Garmin which I've had you could select lock mode which was really useful when out and about.

Perhaps water lock would do the same thing..

Fiona might try that but still prefer a proper lock mode.

Thank you - will see if that helps.

Seems strange with a touch screen watch there's no proper lock mode. 🤔

I usually use water lock mode. It's really hard to unlock.
