I have been using Samsung watches for several years. Until recently, my last one was the SM-R800. It was because a strange thing had happened that shouldn't have happened. As described, this is a waterproof watch and it has been so far. After he was at the pool, something started happening to him. After returning to the service, I heard that the watch was flooded. I am not looking to blame for this strange situation, but I wonder if this should be the case. The watch was 3.5 years old and so far there have been no problems with it, and then suddenly one day the watch is flooded and the dream of a smartwatch has crumbled. Can anyone explain it to me somehow? I understand it wasn't new, but shouldn't it be waterproof until the end of its days?

Thx

I had the galaxy S3 and noticed that a broken ring membrane fell out at various stages, I'm presuming it as a water proof membrane... I think I have seen a similar thing on my galaxy watch 4
