Hi all,
I have been a Samsung phone user for quite a few years now & have finally decided to get my first ever Smartwatch. Now at this present time I am torn on getting Samsung or a Wear OS device to pair with my Note 9.
I do have a couple of questions to users of the watch, before I decide on purchasing.
Can S Health be split between the Watch & Phone ?. I mean this in the sense that as there is a known flaw in the step tracking on the watch, is it possible to use the watch for HR & the phone for step tracking to record my activity. ?
Also as Google Maps are not compatible on Tizen, Have alternative apps like Here we go, have audio, so directions are read out to you, like on Google maps ?.
Many thanks

HI @JWAR
If you unpair the watch from the phone before you go on a walk (and disable the step counter on the watch) then the 2 devices will capture data independently.
Thank you for that information it is much appreciated. It is a shame that it has to be like this as the watch looks & feels amazing. I really hope that Samsung fix this issue as it has the potential to be a brilliant device.
