4g problem

Hello! I have a Samsung galaxy note ultra 20 5g phone and galaxy watch 6 classic it's connected to o2 4g network, I can send sms but can't make a calls,when I try make a call on watch screen I see " only emergency calls can be made" can you please help me? Thanks
