Hi,
I used my galaxy gear s3 for 2 years without having any issue with it. Since the last update the battery is always empty after 20 minutes of use. I have never done anything special with it except for my workouts. I sent my watch to Samsung repair. At my surprise I am told to pay 278€ if I want to repair it (price of new model). I am also told that it's no longer on guaranty. When I bought this watch I wasn't expecting it to work for only 2 years and 3 months.
I would like to know if Samsung can intervene because I can't afford to by a new one, neither repair it for 278€ at this moment?
