2 Problems with my Galaxy Watch Active

I've been using my Galaxy Watch Active for a couple of months now and generally speaking i'm quite satisfied. But, i still have two issues.

1. The heartrate sensor quite often shows my heartrate times 2. My heartrate is low and when i'm sitting at my office desk it usually will be around 50 bpm. When checking my watch it will display a heartrate of 100bpm.  Weird thing is that my "avg.resting HR" as displayed in the heartrate widget seems to be more logical and is not affected by the high heart rate measures.

2.The floor count worked perfectly for me. I understand it doesn't count small stairs, but usually it works fine. But for a couple of days now it stopped counting any floors at all. Just none. I've really rocked the stairs but according to my watch i still have 0 floors.

Anyone a solution to these two problems?

I've found the solution for my first problem. Switching the power management to 'watch only' and switching back was the key. Now it's counting the stairs again!
