@Ja2016 I recommend checking that your Buds Live are fully up to date to begin with, just head to the Wearable app > Earbuds software update > Download and install. Then, try clearing the cache of the Wearable app. If you have a Samsung phone, you can do this by heading to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable > Clear cache.
