Navigation dial WD80T654ABH/S2 Addwash - 8/5 kg doesn't work

hi! I tried to do my laundry just now using my WD80T654ABH/S2 Addwash - 8/5 kg washer/dryer combo machine and suddenly the navigation dial won't work. I can't scroll through the different programs anymore and I can't figure out why the dial has suddenly stopped working. does anyone have any tips on how to fix the situation so I might avoid paying a hefty repair fee?

Hi @JulesNW, 

unfortunately there's not a lot that you can do except for a repair or this last troubleshoot:

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet that your washing machine is plugged into. Leave it without any electricity for at least 30 minutes. Then plug the power back in again. If this does not work, then a repair is the only option left. Let me know how it goes!
