The problem is that I do not have the options to turn on wifi calling nor the option for volte. These features are not even in my settings.  My phone works and I have high speed data access. The Sim is enabled by my network provider to have volte and WiFi calling but I cannot turn it on because the options are not available, do not even exist in my settings. Apn etc is all good. I bought an s9+ from the Samsung flagship store in London. I have a Swiss Sim that is enabled for volte and WiFi calling, it worked in an s8, but I don't get either option in my settings.
