They still work fine with my laptop, I don't have another set of bluetooth headphones to connect with my phone. However, when I connect my bluetooth headphones through the wire with my phone they also work fine, same for other wired headphones. So it just seems that only the bluetooth connection with my phone is the problem

After updating my S7 to oreo, I can't lower the volume of my bluetooth headphones (JBL E45BT) (even the lowest volume possible is still way too loud). Before the update everything was just working fine. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
