Hey! It looks like you were downloading an app from the internet and you installed it and turned out to be  a spam ads app. To uninstall it go to your settings->apps and find it. Sometimes you will find it bejng the first app without having a name. If your not sure which app it is just wait until you get an ad and before you close it click on the multi-tasking buttom and it should appear as a normal opened app. Just long click the app icon and then on the "i" buttom that will appear on it right so you will be redirected to the app settings.
