I have a dual SIM J5, bought new last year via Ebay.  When I complained about reception problems, Samsung told me my warranty expired 3 months after I bought it !! I live in Spain - so I have a UK SIM in slot 2 and my Spanish SIM in slot 1.  I've had continuous difficulty both with receiving calls, and being audible to the other party for longer than about 2-3 minutes whenever they call my Spanish number. It seems that dual SIM phones are generally a pain in the rear and cannot be relied upon. Does anyone use one - with SIMs from different countries - without missing calls ? Hi I have J7, and just found the following : Settings > Lock Screen and Security > LOCK SCREEN, sub menu Information and FaceWidgets . Roaming Clock. If you press the Screen on the LEFT where is says ON / OFF, NOT the slider, it goes into a further screen. In there you can set the HOME Time ZONE.   Ensure Slider is ON also.   ... View more
