The above printer/scanner has been working ok but suddenly it will not scan.   I can still send stuff to the printer - no problem. I can still use it to copy - no problem.   But when I try to scan the small display window says: "Not available"   I am not in the least bit techie so please keep it simple   Many thanks   ...
