Hello I think I have the same model Tv UE55KS7000U   I have the Sony MdR-1000 Bluetooth Earphones Mine work.   I really don't know what is going on if your getting the menu sounds but not the audio channel. I can only suggest to factory reset the Tv make sure youve uodated the tv and if you can the headphones   if not, look up the code to enter your defukt factory setting menu. you have to enter a whole series of instrustions on your remote control before you turn the tv on and see if youve got the audio facility correctly set   good luck  ... I got rid of the TV Plus intergration and the adverts by going into the service menu. You have to use the remote control to enter a sequence before turning on your tv, and it will load into the service menu. Go through the servce menu and disable the TV Plus intergration and then disable the adverts. Hey presto all gone.   Samsung models all have different sequences to enter the service menu, and Samsung forums have told me off for sharing how to do it before so I will leave it to you to google it for your specific model.   Dont fidlle about with the service menu too much.   I was going to make my own firmware for these TV's but again I got told off for even suggesting it.   Have fun, and google service menu Samsung "insert model number here"   Kind regards ... The 15m Cable has a right angle connector. Looks as if it will either not fit my smart hub, or if it does it will be very lose. Kudos for finding it though. I spent ages looking for something as such. You’d have thought such capabilities where built in from the start would you not? i know I did. ive tried attaching a usb stick to the every port on the back of the tv and every port on the smart hub, and still no option to record anything.   i was hoping somebody would have developed a risen app for screen recording by now, but risen has been dead since it started so that’s another story.   hope you get it to work, and if you do, let us know how   kudos given   ... Hello what you are asking is easy, but your using the wrong terminology for a start. what your after is a transmuxer. to rencode your films correctly, you need to mix the video and audio streams separately, and then combine them in a suitable retainer, and encode them into the correct blue book format.   amyway, without going on too much, there’s a skill in it. have you ever coded? Or are you not good with the command interface. if you are, try handbrake, it’s great for what it does and it’s free, and 64 bit. if your serious about it though, and don’t want to bother with learning commands at the command prompt, you could get Nero. I get this package every year without fail. It has a recode module in it, and as it’s been developed now for several decades, it serves its purpose very well.   find out what file formats your tv supports, and the resolutions of those formats. your source material is important here. If your recoding DVD’s it 720 max. Bluerays you can mix at 1080. But if your trying to recode 4K content, it gets complicated very quickly as you yourself cannot sign meta, that would accompany the 4K mux to give it HDR. even I’m still calibrating and recalibration on that one. 8K sources are starting to come into avaliablitly too. and out in South Korea where my professor has just returned from, they are already broadcasting and receiving in 10K.   just saying, because if you do mux a ton of stuff, it pays to get it right. nobody wants to constantly have to redo it, but for best results and new devices it’s best too.   my advice, Handbrake, or Nero 2019. have fun ... Thank you for taking the time to start this thread. i have a UE55KS7000U and it is on firmware 1233   my at inputs constantly lose they’re assigned names, and I am also getting feed up with having to constantly rename everything.   Another thing I’m looking for is information on if this model is getting the new iTunes app. my TVs App Store is rubbish, absolutely rubbish, tizen is *****, nobody develops for it. i was hoping this model would at least get one decent app. fingers crossed this model gets the iTunes app. but the tv it self is infuriating to use and continually set up.   fingers crossed, because if we get that app, they will have to update the firmware by quiet a bit, and if they do, the tv App Store might actually get others trying tizen, and we might actually get some apps, other than the streaming apps there’s nothing but weirdo religious ***** on the store.   poor show Samsung, poor show ...
