Dank voor alle reacties, maar dat leek toch niet het probleem/de oplossing. Ik heb nu zelf alle opties / combinaties uitgeprobeerd en het uiteindelijke werkend gekregen met de volgende instellingen:   Record Mode: 5 Fix Recording Issues: Tune Samsung 1 aangevinkt Rest van de instellingen op default   In dit forum, maar ook die van Boldbeast, zag ik diverse andere instellingen voor een SM-G960F, dus het lijkt toch wel een beetje willekeurig en een kwestie van uitproberen. Ik denk dat ik bij elkaar 25 proeftelefoontjes heb gepleegd voordat ik de winnende combinatie had. Nu maar hopen dat Samsung de boel weer niet verkloot in de volgende release.   ... View more

Nou, bij mij doet ie het nog steeds niet, ook niet met Boldbeast. Alleen mijn eigen stem wordt opgenomen. Ik heb alle Modes geprobeerd in Settings, maar geen resultaat. Ben wel benieuwd naar degenen die melden dat het opgelost is, met welke app, call mode en/of andere settings. Dank! ... View more

Good news! I had actually first checked with Boldbeast, as I am wary about downloading apps outside the Google Playstore. It seems V11.1 has been submitted to the Playstore, but it will take Google some time to verify. Boldbeast claims their download is safe. Bruce,   I do not know what your relationship to Samsung is, but it seemed that you referred to an 'official' statement from Samsung in your last post "In case your country permits call recording by local law, voice recording during calls will be possible via preloaded Phone > Call application in upcoming software update. For this, Samsung is reviewing each local law again and allowed countries will be categorized in the near future."   So I would really like to hear from you / Samsung as since the last update (april) I still don't have the option to record voice calls. Now Samsung realizes that this blockage is unfair, certainly for users in most countries, it's proper response would have been: 1. Apologise to its users for causing grief and possible damage 2. Immediately (next software upate) remove all restrictions, rather then first reviewing the local law in all countries  3. Possibly, apply the restrictions again in future updates for those countries where it is a strict legal requirement   But don't delay making this functionality available again any longer by first reviewing the local law in all countries.
