Good evening everyone! During a bit of well deserved annual leave for @AntS I just wanted to add some commentary at this stage (trying not to use the word "h e r e" too much!) I'm pleased progress has been made but we are still listening and reporting the comments that are being posted. The suggestions / comments are passed to the developers, and despite the feeling that 2016 model owners are being ignored, I promise it's not the case. As @AntS mentioned beforehand, if and when there are further updates to share, we certainly will. This doesn't resolve anything immediately but work is ongoing and the activity on this thread has helped move things along. @jw24 Sorry to hear you're having to go through this process. Our engineers are arranging visits to install the new firmware through a USB stick. Rather than replacing the full TV set, this could be an option as well? We attempt to replicate customer issues which isn't always possible. As @AntS mentioned earlier, there are various teams and channels out there. I think I addressed this before, but we need to do a better job of making those channels more visible.    You're going to struggle to return the K650 if it's outside of the 30 days. Sets the format of the audio input signal so that it is suitable for the external device connected to one of the TV's HDMI ports.     Audio Format.  Selects tbe digital audio output (S/PDIF) format.  The available formats depend on the input source.   Hey @NotSamsung we are indeed.
