Our Community development team is always up to date on the latest market trends and new technologies. While it's sometimes hard to predict when a vendor will release a new OS or browser, we're watching them and participating in early access and beta programs. Our goal is to deliver the best experience on the latest popular releases when they become generally available, but we might need to catch up with them on a subsequent Community release.
My Browser Didn't Make The List?!
We want everyone to enjoy a vibrant community experience, so our developers strive to accommodate a range of browsers even if that sometimes means delivering with a less friendly user experience when you're using a browser not on this list.
The best solution is to get the latest release because some older browsers are likely to have issues with newer features in the latest Community releases. Some features may not work on browsers not part of the list.

Your avatar should reflect your personality, right?
If you're interested in changing the avatar you've been given by default, it's easy to do:
1.) Make sure you're logged in to the Community
2.) Click on your name next to the search bar and pick 'Profile' from the menu that appears
3.) On your profile page, click on the small edit icon next to your current avatar.
4.) Follow the steps to upload an image from your computer or to choose one you've previously uploaded. You'll be asked to create two different versions of the avatar by cropping or zooming in.
5.) If you're using a newly uploaded image, it will need to be approved by the Community team before it will appear. Please make sure your selection adheres to our Community Guidelines!
6.) That's it! Congratulations!

Welcome to the Samsung Community! We want this to be a place where everyone feels free to join conversations and share their experience. To help make this happen, please find below a few guidelines that everyone must follow:

Be aware. This is a community made up primarily of your peers. Although people give very helpful information here, what is posted here does not necessarily represent Samsung’s position, and it may not be best for your unique situation. Only you are responsible for deciding whether or not to follow it.
Be law-abiding. We won’t tolerate any discussion of activities that break the law, including (but not limited to) drug use, hacking, piracy, breaching copyright or discussion of active court cases.
Stay on topic. Make sure your posts are relevant to the area of the Community you are in. When a topic is being discussed please do not respond with a new or different topic within the same thread. If you have something new to discuss, feel free to start a new topic. Any spam, advertising, solicitation or lobbying (or links to these) is not welcome anywhere in the Community.
It's also very helpful if you:
Try searching first. Your question may already be answered! Try entering your question into the search bar at the top of every page to see whether someone has already asked and/or answered your question.
Provide enough information. When posing a question, try to be as thorough as possible. Include information on what product you are using, software version (if relevant), any steps you have tried to resolve your question, and any other information that may be useful. This will help other to give more appropriate advice.
