Yes, I/we just want, what was promised from the outset - HLG/HDR10+/ etc etc. The thing is we were just about to buy more Samsung tv's, for more holiday lets, as we honestly thought these were great tv's, well they are, but would be even better, if all these promises that Samsung had outlined online had come to fruition. Also, the thought that companies such as John Lewis and Currys are not playing ball, also has us wondering, where we should spend our money. Again I'm surprised at JL, as we have bought many items from them for years, and always had great after sales service, usually with no questions asked. But if this doesn't get cleared up pretty sharpish, then again our business WILL go elswhere.

Hi there. I have been looking at this thread for a while now, thinking that just maybe, Samsung would do the right thing, and just accept their responsibility with regards these tv's, of which I have one, a KS497000 purchased from John Lewis in 2016, and get thses issues sorted. The only issue I have is that said tv is in a holday let of ours, so may be problematic it getting it sorted considering where it is etc. So I guess, I'm yet another dissatisfied customer that needs to be added to this ever growing list.
