We've got a case open with Currys as well.    In the end I spend this kind of money buying a product, I expect it to be supported.  I am a realist and realise that some features may not be ready for launch or require further development.    What I didn't expect is Samsumg basically dropping support for a line of TV's, simply because they can't be bothered to put in the development.      ... I purchased my 2016 model TV as it supported all these technologies, I'm very disapointed to hear it isn't planned to support HLG.  Considering this is a future technology, its only a matter of time before more services start to use this.   There appears no technical reason why Samsung wont add support for this and I'm interested if people are going to take them to court for not adding a feature as promised to customers. ...
