Most connectivity or power issues with One Connect based TV's are the faulty cable based. Simply change the cable and it will resolve your issue. Cables can be purchased from your local samsung authorised repair centers. Info on samsung website at the support section. Samsung needs to supply these cables free of charge anytime a customer calls up as 1st solution.

The stickers are on a screen protector, start from bottom right or left corner to peel the protector off. If all fails try a warm (NOT Hot) towel on stickers whilst tv is off and stickers would soften enough of come off

that's the reason samsung releases various variations of tv models with specific functionality differences. goto expert settings in menu sound section and change hdmi input audio format to bitstream or whatever your hdmi devices supports or gives high volume. also if your sound isnt through tv speakers then change the digital audio output to pcm or whatever your device can support
