I have a Galaxy A10 and up to date software. I have the correct Covid tracing app, also up to date. When I go to:
Settings>Google>Covid-19 exposure notifications and then select to view my Exposure checks, the phone restarts, and I get the 'Samsung' screen before coming back to the home screen. I know someone else with the same phone who has exactly the same issue.
I have tried contacting Google (who blame the app manufacturers), the app manufacturers (who don't seem to know), and finally Samsung live chat whose advice was:
1. keep the app turned off
2. this is how is is supposed to work (which is rubbish as I have seen it working on other people's devices without shutting down).
Has anyone else had this problem and have a fix?

Hi I wonder if you could help me with a query. I currently have a Samsung J5 and a Samsung LT32E390S Smart TV, and with these two devices I use screen mirroring daily. However today they will not connect. They are both connected to the same wireless network and both can see each other, however after a few seconds of "connecting" (a message box appears on the TV screen mentioning the J5), I get a message saying "Failed to connect to device via smart view". I have tried it through the screen mirroring option on the TV and also through the Menu>Network route. My phone has not had a software update in over a month and I really can't understand what has happened. Thanks in advance for any advice!
