I have done exactly the same things as WynD. I'm experiencing the same problems with my S8+, they started after the july-update. I'm a light phone user and before I could easily do 3-4 days of standby without charging. It has been reduced now to 1,5-2 days. Idle consumption used to be 0,5% per hour, now 1,6%. The only way to keep the consumption within limits is to go airplane-mode but that's not what you buy an expensive phone for. I have searched all communities I could and posted several times but no one knows any solution. My contract expires within 3 weeks and I am really considering, also after 8 years, to say Samsung goodbye.

I had the same problem yesterday with my S8. After a flawless update of some apps in Galaxy Store I closed the Store. Some time later I entered the Store again and noticed that it refused to properly log in and go to "My page". There was just a circle showing for a few seconds and that was it. The right upper corner just kept saying "log in". We have several Samsung phones and mine was the only one with this annoying issue. I tried everything, erasing cache, app data, removing updates for Galaxy Store, reset app data, nothing worked. Finally I desperately did the factory reset (ouch) and now it's working properly again. I know you don't want this answer; maybe if you wait a little longer someone else might provide an easier and less destructive solution.
