I have a note 9 18 months old which had the same problem. I contacted Samsung customer service and it was picked up next day and returned repaired on the following wednesday, no charge with screen replaced, battery and charging port replaced FOC. Now thats what I call excellent service. my sister has an apple phone and a year later still hasnt got the battery fault resolved. Go to apple and enjoy its customer service if you want

lasts a day +, but wirelessly charge it over night b4 i go 2 bed

I cannot say how good Samsung mobile repair service is. Rang thursday, picked up friday, returned wednesday repaired. Note9, new screen,battery and charging port. In your face A**** My sister with a device made by a fruit merchant is still having problems with her battery a year later and no sign of resolution. Well done Sammy for looking after a ordinary customer so well.
