Just incase you couldn't find a way to redeem them through the app for whatever reason, here is a link directly to the Samsung promotions site which will ask for various details then if it is all legit, it will give you a claim id which you can use to track it but you will get emails along the way about your buds live. It will ask for your imei number or serial number, can't remember which one off the top of my head. But it will most likely check if you've already redeemed a claim using the number. You can try it and it may give you another claim. I doubt it though. ... View more

You could use an app called "sendanywhere" if it still doesn't work. As long as both you and the pc has WiFi you can send it wirelessly. you just download the app on your phone then go to the sendanywhere website. When on the phone app you find the file and once you do it will give you a numerical code that you enter into the website on your pc then it will download. Hope this helps. Thanks ... View more
