Hi, I've owned this printer for nearly 10 years but recently the printouts are coming out smudged, along with the photocopies . What is the cause of this ? I've replaced the toner several times and am currently using a copy toner - not the original samsung branded toner. I think this has now been discontinued. Is it the quality of the toner im using or dust building up inside the printer ? I want to make sure I troubleshoot it as much as i can before i buy another printer. thanks, Habib

Its only shown up recently - not sure whether my phone has been infected ith malware, viruses etc.. i might have to do a back up and reset as you suggested.

Hello, how do i clear the cache data on all of my apps in one go ? currently I have to drill into each app and manually clear it one by one, which im sure people can appreciate is a labourious process. thanks, habib.

Hi, I ve managed to solve the problem. All that was needed was for the SD card to be wiped/formatted to scratch. Apps now work as expected. Habib.

What causes the green line to appear ? somebody told me its because i've overcharged the phone by leaving it charging overnight.- is this a reason ?

Hi, When i download certain apps from the play store, they don't bunch together and create a folder, when other apps do. For example, I've downloaded certain TV and Radio Apps from the app store. Id like to bunch my apps together depending on how they are related ( e.g. Property apps - go into Property folder and so on ). Any reason why this is ? thanks, Habib.

Hi, Is there a way on Samsung smartphones to change the file directory where apps are directly saved to ? At the moment they are directly saved to the phones internal memory but I'd rather changed it so that it is directly saved to the sd card where there is plenty of space ? thanks, Habib.

Thanks, I will have to try this. Im also finding that apps disappear from my folder when i power down and then start up the phone again. im guessing this is because these apps have been moved to the sd card. Is there any way this could be avoided without having to move the apps back again to the folder every time i power down and up ?

Hi, A vertical green line has appeared on the left hand side of my S4. I think this is due to the phone being overcharged as I had owned it since 2013 and had left it to charge overnight.( ***** I know ). How do i get rid of the green line ? Thanks, Habib.

hI, I can't seem to install any further apps on my phone even though the storage system is shwoing there are 305mb in avaialable space. In addition to this i keep getting 'the storage space running out' message. How do i solve this ? Habib.
