I am so unhappy now. My phone has locked me out and is refusing to accept my usual password after an upgrade. I really don't like the idea of resetting my phone since he has now gone into flight mode so I can't even save my photos or anything.
Samsung should be ashamed as I can see by googling that I am not the first person this happens to.
I have been trying for 5 hours now to fix this.
Very disappointed customer.
