Hi just a quick one, the camera does have a rattle, it's definitely not broken. And try the alomet screen protectors on Amazon, really good and the fingerprint sensor works fine. 👍

Hi guys, I have a Samsung S20 plus on EE in the UK. I much prefer the Google message app than the standard Samsung text app. I've installed Google message and set it as default, it lets me send texts and they are received but it won't let me receive the response? Any ideas? Thanks.

If only, I've tried it all and nothing so far, bizarre really because you can apparently on the Note 10. This one issue really does my head in, I've posted the same thing twice and got nothing back 😡 😡

Yes, a little. Honestly I was a little underwhelmed when I first got it, wished I'd kept my P20 Pro!! After a few weeks, things got better, and these new phones are updated all the time to iron out these teething problems. I'm happy with it now, hopefully you will be too pal.

Hi, my S20 plus was absolutely awful at first. I was told it takes time to set up the battery, and can confirm mine is much much better a month on. I get a full day plus 30% left as well so just hang in there for a week or two, hopefully it will fix up.

I have the S20 plus and have never ran out of battery, always lasts a day. Even with heavy use, Waze on the way to work and back I always have juice left at the end of the day and I'm working 13 hour days. I would check what apps and permissions you have set, I'm rigorous with mine. I only use the apps I need and only give them permissions I want to give them, not what they want!! Good luck.

Every time i turn on my phone i get a system UI notification it uses my text alert sound. Just got my S20 plus a couple of months ago after upgrading. On all my previous phones you could choose to differentiate the notifications sounds or turn it off altogether. I can't find this option anywhere yet you can turn this off on th S10 and Note 10 but no option on this! Can i turn off the start up sound off? If not, why not? It's getting to the point where i just want to launch my phone at the wall every time it happens!!

I'm having the same issue on my S20 plus on Google Pay. It works sometimes and then other times it vibrates and tells me it's not worked driving me mad as well. My phone does have a case on but if my card in a wallet can be found without removing it surly my phone should!!

Hi,i use the met office weather app, once downloaded it has numerous different widgets that you can set on your home page. There are other weather apps and I'm sure they have their own widgets to set as well. Hope that helps.

I've had mine but I was told it would be 45 days from verification. I'd drop them message on the Samsung Members app or find them on Twitter to confirm. 🤞
