Phone is unusable outsite after about 5 mins! Completely unacceptable!! For "$1200 this phone sure has a ton of basic problems (cameras, screen, overheating, hiccups) SHould have kept my s10. I would not recommend this phone to anyone and I've had samsungs since the s3. This is by far the worst one!!

This has been the most frustrating camera experience i've ever had on a phone. Especially one that costs over $1200!!!! Completely unacceptable!! Trying to take pictures of a moving toddler is impossible! I might have that one moment where my toddler smiles and i got my finger at the ready only for the picture to be taken 3-5 seconds later and the moment is gone. I"ve missed capturing countless memories that I've NEVER had to miss with previoius phones. THis phone is an absolute fail on a bunch of different levels, but considering they promoted the camera, it's absolute *****!

Have the same problem. Sometimes it takes up to 5 secs before it takes the shot! So freakin annoying! I've never had a phone camera this bad! Almost all my pictures look worse than the S10+ that I traded in, and definitly look worse than my wife's N10+. Pictures look over processed. Super zoom is unusable, and autofocus issues probably wont be fixed. A $1400 piece of *****! Not sure I'm gonna trust Samsung again and their great marketing.

I updated camera app. Still awful! Focus is *****. Sometimes when I press the button it takes the picture 6 seconds later!! Completely unacceptable for ANY cameraphone let alone a top of the line $1400 one! I have never been more disappointed in a camera phone in my life! Phone is way to heavy, camera bump sticks out, and images are complete ***** most of the time. I can get a good one here and there, but over half of them get deleted.

I feel the same. I actually hate using my camera because 70% of the time I'm gonna get a crappy shot! So disappointing for a $1400 phone!! This may be my last Samsung after 5 years of mostly love.

Anybody else notice that video quality on the galaxy s20 Ultra (with the exception of brightly lit outdoors) is a grainy hot mess? If i'm indoors with generally good lighting, the video quality is grainy and looks like it's shot with a 4 year old phone. If it's poor lighting it looks like a freakin' b-movie horror film! I don't even have it on the highest settings since I'm trying to experiment. Usually have it on just full HD 1920x1080. This camera and video is a HUGE step backwards from my s10+. I actually hate using the camera/video and that really upsets me because thats the one reason why I upgraded to it in the first place! So disappointing!!

Same problems here. 120 refresh rate. Really disappointed with this phone. Camera and video are complete ***** and surfing the web has it's hiccups. Completely inexcusable for this high price of a phone! Really took a step back from my s10+. The grass isn't always greener! The grass was a lot more expensive though!

I read they are working on an update that would allow the 120hz at higher resolutions (higher battery drain) and also a dynamic option that would adjust the refresh rate based on the app being used. You don't need 120hz to look at pictures so it would drop to 60 hz in the gallery, but back up to 120 in Chrome, etc. I agree, I'd like to see a 90hz option too.

Of course we have the option. * Go to your messages app. * Click on the conversation of the person you'd like to customize * Click the 3 dots in upper right hand corner * Select "Notification Sound" and customize your sounds. You can also customize wallpaper for that individual. Enjoy!
