Hi @Telalgar This is possibly more to do with your roaming options that Virgin Mobile provide. It's possible that roaming hasn't been properly activated for your contract or Virgin don't have roaming partners where your visiting or the network your latching to has fringe coverage / not spots or was having mast issues / congestion issues. Sometimes going into the networks connection settings and choosing another network may help when abroad. Unless some type of setting connected to roaming within the phone is causing this my thoughts are it's at the networks end.
