Hello everyone. Eventually, after two weeks, Samsung Customer Service replaced my Phone with a new one.i would like to Describe my Experience with the new Phone. Now I have New Galaxy A51; my Phone has Android 10Q with Build Number A515FXXU1ASKJ. My previous GALAXY A51 had updated to A515FXXU1ASL6 that had a lot of problems with Bluetooth and WiFi.Because of my experience, I stopped updating the software on the new Phone. The Phone works perfectly without any problem. Bluetooth works without stuttering and keeps connection always.WiFi works perfectly, and the Phone never freezes or lagging. But my memory usage is unusual; in the last 24 hours, my average usage of memory is 3.5GB (60% of 5.8 GB available memory). You can see in this picture; six applications get around 2.4GB of memory in one day.     I think GALAXY A51 problems occur in new Build Numbers (A515FXXU1ASL6 / A515FXXU1ATA4). Thus, please do not update your Phone until Samsung solves problems in new versions. Please, anybody, have Bluetooth issues; please write your 'Build Number' in comments. Hello Everyone After I am disappointed by Samsung to solve my problem, I found that when I turn off my Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth works correctly. I want to describe why this issue happens. Wireless interference can cause Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices to be disconnected or perform poorly. Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth use the 2.4 GHz band to transmit data, and because of this, Bluetooth audio skips or stutters, Device doesn't connect. To Avoid Interference, you can use the 5 GHz band instead of 2.4 GHz for Wi-Fi if your router supports both bands. I hope Samsung finds a solution to this problem because it is annoying.  ... Please read my problems with Galaxy A51 before buying galaxy A51 and thinking about these issues. It has a lot of issues on the Bluetooth, VPN network, managing RAM, fingerprint sensor, and multitasking. When all applications closed, 3gb of memory still in use. Lagging when playing music and working with other Apps and sometimes touch doesn't work correctly. The fingerprint doesn't work correctly; sometimes, you need to try three times to detect your finger. Bluetooth doesn't work, sometimes automatically disconnected, and when playing the music, sound breaking every few seconds(the audio playback starts to stutter). It has the same problem on YouTube and other players. You can't use L2TP VPN connections because when connected to the VPN after 60 seconds phone crashed and restarted.
