Had the same issue. It was resolved by contacting the Samsung Help desk. Prior to contacted them, find your server settings from your e-mail provider, both POP3 and IMAP. The Samsung agent will want control of your phone in the process so download this app - Smart Tutor for Samsung. The agent will assure that the settings are correct for your phone. At least it worked for me. If you have the information for the Samsung help desk agent, you'll be able to reply to messages in just a few minutes!
